Then share in the knowledge and passion of bar owners, Simon and Phil Thompson who have taken absolute care in creating their collection of rare and vintage whiskies. Step back in time at the brand new Dornoch Distillery, in the old “Fire House”, and taste the finest ‘old style’ whisky and organic gin, both made from scratch by the Thompson brothers.
